Terms of Service

Effective June 19, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Globally Verified Products LLC, the company that operates SAVE US (“SAVE US,” “we,” “us”). They govern your access to and use of the SAVE US website and services (the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, loading funds, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your username, and all activity under it, and for keeping your credentials secure. Usernames are permanent and must not impersonate others or infringe rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. The marketplace & your content

SAVE US is a marketplace where members post problems and solutions. You retain ownership of content you submit, and you grant SAVE US a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and must have the rights to post it. You agree not to post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (Underdog, Hero, Superhero) are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

  • Cancel anytime. You may cancel from your account at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew.
  • No refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods, except where required by law.
  • Failed payments. If a charge fails, your plan may be marked past-due and access to paid features may be limited until payment succeeds.
  • Price changes. We may change plan prices on reasonable notice; changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

5. The wallet (prepaid credit)

The wallet lets you preload funds to use within the Service. Wallet balances are prepaid credit denominated in U.S. dollars, recorded in whole cents. The wallet is not a bank account or deposit account, earns no interest, and is not insured. We hold loaded funds on your behalf solely to facilitate transactions on the Service.

  • Spend-only. Wallet funds may be used only for tips and bounties on the Service.
  • Non-refundable and non-withdrawable. Loaded funds cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash, or withdrawn. Adding funds is final.
  • No platform fee is charged to load funds.

Earnings you receive from others (tips and released bounties) are separate from loaded wallet credit and are paid out as described in Section 8.

6. Tips

You may tip other members for solutions. Tips are a minimum of $5.00. SAVE US retains a 10% platform fee and the remaining 90% is paid to the recipient. Tips are final and non-refundable once sent.

7. Bounties

A problem author may attach a cash bounty, funded from their wallet. When a bounty is funded, the amount is debited from your wallet and held in escrow.

  • Release.When the author confirms a solver’s claim, 90% of the bounty is paid to the solver and SAVE US retains 10%. Released bounties are final and non-refundable.
  • Declined claims.If an author declines a claim, the funds remain locked and are not automatically returned. SAVE US will review the matter and, at its sole discretion, either return the funds to the author’s wallet or pay the solver. Our determination is final.

8. Payouts to solvers

Tips and bounty releases are paid to recipients through Stripe Connect (Express accounts). To receive payouts you must create and complete a connected Stripe account and provide the information Stripe requires. Payout timing is controlled by Stripe’s payout schedule and banking systems; SAVE US is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe or your bank. You are an independent participant, not an employee or agent of SAVE US, and you are solely responsible for taxes on amounts you receive.

9. Fees

SAVE US retains a 10% platform fee on tips and on released bounties. Loading wallet funds carries no platform fee. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under its own terms.

10. Payment processing

Payments, payouts, and connected accounts are processed by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and Stripe’s other terms. By receiving payouts you agree to those terms. SAVE US does not store your full card or bank details.

11. Prohibited conduct & chargebacks

You agree not to use the Service for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose; not to abuse tips, bounties, or refunds; and not to attempt to circumvent fees. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of using our support process may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of balances pending resolution.

12. Taxes

You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to your use of the Service, including on earnings you receive.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any problem will receive solutions or that any solution will succeed.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAVE US and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid SAVE US in the three months before the claim, or (b) US $100.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SAVE US harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

16. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections relating to payments already made, fees, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification survive termination. Note that non-refundable amounts (including wallet credit and completed tips/bounties) are not returned on termination.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date). Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

18. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and SAVE US agree to resolve disputes in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
