Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective June 19, 2026
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work across SAVE US. It is part of our Terms of Service. In short: subscriptions can be cancelled anytime but aren’t refunded, and wallet funds, tips, and released bounties are final.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a paid plan (Underdog, Hero, Superhero) at any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period and then stops renewing. Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for unused time in a period, except where required by law. Manage or cancel your plan under Account → Billing.
Wallet funds
Money you add to your wallet is prepaid credit for use on the Service. It is non-refundable, non-withdrawable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. It can be used only for tips and bounties. There is no fee to add funds. Please load only what you intend to spend.
Tips
Tips are final and non-refundable once sent. The recipient receives 90% and SAVE US retains a 10% platform fee.
Bounties
When you fund a bounty, the amount is held in escrow from your wallet.
- Released bounties are final.When you confirm a solver’s claim, 90% is paid to the solver and 10% is retained by SAVE US. Released amounts are non-refundable.
- Declined claims: funds remain locked and are not automatically returned. SAVE US reviews the situation and, at its sole discretion, either returns the funds to your wallet or pays the solver.
Earnings & payouts
Tips and released bounties you receive are paid to your connected Stripe account and pay out to your bank on Stripe’s schedule. Earnings are not “refunded” — they belong to you once received, subject to the finality rules above.
Errors & unauthorized charges
If you believe there was a billing error or an unauthorized charge, contact us first at gvp.business@outlook.com before initiating a chargeback, and we’ll work to resolve it quickly. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable law.
